You can report project-related hours in several ways:

  • Daily timesheet - For daily hour reporting by worker.
  • Weekly timesheet - For weekly hour reporting by worker or foreman.
  • Hour journal - Only for worker hours.
  • Equipment journal - Only for equipment hours.

If you use a timesheet to report hours, you can also report:

  • Equipment usage
  • Item consumption
  • Expenses

Completed timesheet lines can be approved and posted.

Enter values in the appropriate day. Note: Enter other values as desired for the type of transactions: hour, expense, item, or equipment. Notes If you define a construction template on a journal line, the cost and sales prices are searched for based on this construction template.
